How long will it take to get my rug from the moment I order?
The whole process — from drafting the design to delivering the finished rug to you — takes roughly five to six weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs within India are on us! With international orders, charges will vary depending on where you are, and will be calculated once you enter your delivery address. This doesn’t include Customs duties that may be charged by your country.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
We will send you a tracking number as soon as your shipment leaves our workshop.
What do I do if my rug is damaged during shipping?
We take utmost care of our products so that they reach you just the way they were when you first laid eyes on them. However, if you feel it was damaged during transit, please drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll make it right.
How long does delivery take once my order has shipped?
You should have your product within a week (5-6 business days) of it leaving the workshop.
Can I cancel my order?
We get that sometimes you can have a change of heart. In such a case, reach out to us before 2 PM IST the following day, and we will give you a full refund.
Can I return my rug?
We can’t take back rugs unless it was damaged during transit. Please double check and make sure you’re happy with everything (like measurements, colours and design) before confirming your order. You can also cancel your order before 2 PM IST the following day, and get a full refund.
Size, design & customising
How can I be sure I'm getting the right size?
Our products come in a few standard sizes that work across a range of spaces. A great way to avoid getting a product that doesn’t fit is to take measurements of your space before picking the size. In fact, measure it twice, just to be sure.
Will my rug be exactly how it looks in the picture?
Each rug is handcrafted by our artisans, which means while they will be similar, no two rugs will ever be the exact same. In fact, we believe that’s the beauty of it so go ahead and embrace the wabi-sabi. And if you’re really not happy with the result, reach out to us.
If I want a design I don't see, what should I do?
If you have an idea or design in mind but don’t see it in our catalogue, just send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org with your sketches, ideas and moodboards, and we’ll help you bring your ideas to life. Prices of bespoke rugs will vary depending on the complexity of your design.
I had seen a design I loved but it’s not on the website anymore. Can I still get it?
Since our rugs are made to order, we may not have the materials anymore to make one of our old designs. However, please write to us at email@example.com and if we have all the materials on hand, we can definitely make it for you.
How do you ensure the quality of rugs?
When it comes to choosing a workshop, we partner with only the best. Our partner artisans are master craftspersons, and often have decades of experience so you can be sure of the workmanship.
What is the warranty on my rug?
Our rugs don’t come with a warranty attached, however there are plenty of ways to ensure your carpet lives to a ripe old age. You can find the care instructions on the back of your rug or on our rug care guide.
