The client had a terrace facing the sea and wanted a rug that wouldn't fight it. We sent them Morse Code.
The dashes sit slightly raised on a f latwoven base, so when the sun drops in the afternoon, each one throws a small shadow. That was as loud as the client wanted it to get.
Two summers of salt air and afternoon sun. Flatwovens are built for exactly this.
